Dinner in Saint-Germain-en-Laye
Sunday evening I went out to Saint-Germain-en-Laye to have dinner with Maria Crawford from Livermore and her family. St-Germain-en-Laye is all the way out on the other end of of the RER A from work, so a little over an hour from me. It was nice to get out and see some people from home. They have two daughters who are 14 and 17 and very nice. It was quite an American evening. We had vegetarian lasagna, salad with delicious homemade croutons, and chocolate cupcakes with PEANUT BUTTER FROSTING and a FUDGE CENTER!!!!!!!!! It was interesting to hear about everyone settling in and the things they have found different between America and France.
