- Rode the bus to Metz on Friday with two of the students who live in my dorm, but don’t go to my school. It was quite nice to chat with them and learn a little about their lives and they seemed to enjoy talking with me as well.
- Went to the Opera in Metz. The Opera house in Metz is the oldest Opera in France that is still functioning as an Opera house. I saw “L’italienne à Alger” by Gioacchino Rossini. I had a lot of trouble following the story, but it was still a fun night out!

- Ate at a Mexican restaurant in Saarbruecken – which was decent but not as good as the one I found in Berlin.
