This week was non-stop since all my free time was devoted to studying for a vocabulary test on Thursday. With the slight cold I caught, I was pretty exhausted all week. Sadly, I had to skip photo club on Tuesday in favor of resting to help fight my cold, but the professor was very understanding.
On Monday I was tossed into a class of 10 students and told to "do something on CVs"... I think it ended up going pretty well. I did the same class twice and will be doing it the following Monday with the other halves of the classes. I've gotten quite good at pulling ideas and lessons out of thin air.
In one of my 2-on-1 classes, one of the students didn't show up, but luckily the girl who was there had a very good level of English and we even had some real conversation!
I got a lot of homework assigned for next week and have been working on it basically all weekend. I did get to go out to dinner with a group of girls from my classes (Norah, Stephanie, Sarah, Gina, and Anna). We chatted in French non-stop during 3.5 hours - overall the night was a success.
I got to talk with Eric a lot this weekend on Skype and talked with my mom on the phone. :-)
