Summer has quickly come to an end. I've been pretty lucky in being able to do all sorts of different things! I've met up with Eric a number of times - going to Monterey/Carmel, visiting Hearst Castle, ferrying out to Catalina Island, seeing each of our families, and going to his Graduation!!! I've gotten to go to Arizona to see family and Michigan as well. I played volleyball with my dad at least once a week :-) and went on photo-hikes a few times in the evening. I even made it to Omaha for the Olympic trials and to Albuquerque to go sail planing. I watched my sister-in-law Dana win gold medals at the Olympics, baked amazing macaroons with Maggie, and so much more!
In under 48 hours I'll be on my way to France for 9 months... And plan on having lots of adventures!
