I had a few hours of work on Monday and Tuesday. Monday I did a little grocery shopping and went to bed early. Tuesday I made myself a delicious lentil salad for lunch and an okay dinner later in the evening. I also did laundry – and explained to an older French couple the ways of a laundry mat… literally walked them though every step. I was actually thrilled; they were super nice and semi-chatty.
