Eric and I had hoped to go up the towers at Notre Dame, but arrived just as they cut the line off… We decided to go sit in a little café instead and then stroll down the Champs Elysee, which was a zoo! There were so many people around! We stopped in Laudurée to buy some famous macaroons for Eric and his family before heading back to get dinner near our hotel.
At 5:20 am, Eric and I woke up and got ready… at 6 am we left the hotel and I accompanied him to the airport to make sure everything went smoothly… And then he left. I went back to the hotel to get ready to go to Versailles.
